Tadej didn’t even look tired passing Martinez and crossing the finish. Crazy.

Can the person who called the Giro a 'second tier race' please report to the principal's office?

If only one first-tier rider shows up to a second tier race, does that make the race first-tier?

Dude, there's no such thing as a Grand Tour that's a 'second tier race.'
Non... mai |

Pog is just toying with them now What's more, that was a classy move to give the guy his glasses and race winning jersey. My guess is Tadej would probably NEVER attack his own team mate who was wearing the leader's jersey of a race. My only hope is that he gives Jonas and Primoz the beating they so richly deserve at the Tour.

TP is making it fun to watch even though there is no competition. Today the UAE plan was not to go for the stage victory but other teams did the work to keep the peloton close to the break. So UAE said what the heck. It is hard to call it a great race. It is a great exhibition of TP's talent. I enjoy watching it for what it is. Jeff |

I didn't realize there was a race going on in Italy, I was wondering why Max was broadcasting the UEA team altitude camp?.

I want to celebrate him . . .
But I just can't get over this uneasy feeling . . . when I see him dominating so decisively. If it turns out this guy is on something new, unknown, and only marginally detectable . . .
After the Festina affair and Lance's shenanigans, plus all the other minor affairs, it would be a disaster for pro cycling. BBD

Jokes aside, I was really hoping that Tadej would have eased off just a bit yesterday to let that Italian guy win.
I mean lets face it, another stage for Tadej at ths point means almost nothing to him or his team, but for that guy on a small D2 Italian team, it would have been massive. Without hyperbole it would have been nothing short of life changing for the rider and likely guarantees the team it's sponsorship for another 5 years. |
