I agree - I owned a Legend and it was a fantastic bike - I still Love looking at these photos, but it’s no longer a Serotta tribute site - these bikes just integrate in with everything else, in my opinion.

I would love a mid-reach braked with 35mm knobbies someday!

The Meivici is gone, but still in the family. The CDA has found a loving home in Vietnam, and the other two should be hitting the road next year with my Beat Cancer Legend ST.

This Atlanta was my intro into what a "real" steel bike could feel like. I got it from CL for a song since the shifters were dead. Had them rebuilt when it was cheap to have 8 speed brought back to life.
It was a 56cm frame, 1 size too small but I rode the snot out of it before moving it on.
Pretty low rez since it was a long time ago. I have owned several more Atlantas and other steel framed Serottas.

I have a Fierte Ti that I bought on this forum in 2016. It is stock geometry and it closely matched the steel Argonaut I lost in the Southwest Frameworks fire in late 2015. It was my main ride through 2018 with a mix of Record/Chorus 11 and a set of wheels Peter built on silver Record hubs. These days, it stays on the KICKR and the Open and Lynskey see the road miles.

Perhaps the part missed was that we need a permanent link/subforum/whatever to collect all the Serotta info etc. in one place, whether or not Serottas are discussed elsewhere too. Kind of an active time capsule, and available to all even if not 'fresh'. It's the Peoples' Will.

My recent investigative poking around trying to find the history of a Cinelli/Centurion frame is an example: I read tens (a hundred??) of disparate online threads, catalogs, etc. and compiled all in a text file I created. If only there had been one place for all the info! Maybe few would want the info, but to those it would be invaluable.

Carbon HSG built for Di2. Great bike.

And a 58cm Fierte IT, now sold. Occasionally ask myself why exactly I sold it, too. Had a 60cm IT, too. Both of them were great bikes.
