Yes. Front flatmount adapter is reversible (one side allows 160mm rotors, the other 140mm rotors).

You will see that they supply information and a little template to check whether this solution will work for your frame. Differing dropout shapes dictate whether this solution will have the proper amount of clearance.

Edit: I see that herb5998 beat me to it....I was too slowing with the typing fingers this morning
