My English will clear compass 700x38, but will not clear the 700x40mm G-ones.

My frame also will not clear 650x48 Switchback Hills.

I did have a custom wire harness build so I can mount the battery on the seattube or downtube - this enables me clear bigger tires. It's not the most elegant solution in terms of appearance, but it works brilliantly.

Oh, my chainstays are only 415mm.
