VeloPress has been kind enough to post a chapter online for any and all to peruse before spending remarkably few bucks for the book. It's in .pdf format, and you can read it here.

Dirt Rag magazine also has a different chapter included in the current issue, but you have to buy the print version because it isn't online.

Finally, here is the only review that has appeared so far, but I wouldn't post the link if it wasn't very friendly.
