That means it is not the fancy (lighter) S-Works version.

Specialized has just started releasing their 2025 Aethos models in next year's colors:

Hmmmm....did Spesh actually DECREASE their price on a non S-Works Aethos frameset from $3300 (in 2023) to $3000 (in 2025)?

If yes, that is mind blowing!

Looks like an S-Works frame is $5000

The price decrease to $3000 happened for the 2024 model year.

I see that they also decreased the price for the S-Works Aethos from $5500 to $5000. I hope that this is a real price decrease and not a shenanigan where they are not including some other components that the $5500 S-Works Aethos frameset came with in 2023.

Thanks, guys. I really appreciate the helpful advice. I will just keep my eyes peeled and see if one pops up. Looks like it'll be a wait!

If anybody reading this happens to see one pop up for sale, please keep me in mind.

For those suggesting the RTP route, I honestly don't want to buy an RTP frame at MSRP and then spend additional on a paint job when it already comes off the shelf with such an amazing paint job. The frame is expensive enough as it is!
