It is the General Herkimer home and burial site.

Never been here before, and almost out my back door

All packed up and headed back to the barn following a delightful Autumn spin with the club....

Ditto, from a former 510 owner.

long wet ride yesterday. just short of a century with just short of 10k feet of climbing.

i live so close to NYC that its quite heavily populated and "metro" in my 'hood, but it's amazing that when you go not too far west in NJ, you're really in the "country" pretty quick. found some absolutely lovely new roads, including some well groomed dirt, and unfortunately some roads that google thinks are roads, that are, in fact - overgrown jeep trails that are literally unpassable. That's part of the adventure though. great day.

Rocky Racoon ride

Somewhere in the hills of South Dakota there lives a young boy named Rocky Racoon . . .

First time in the Black Hills. Stunning area. These pictures were taken on the way up to Mt. Rushmore, followed by Iron Mtn, Custer National Park, and the Needles Hwy. The route was around 42 miles and had 4800 ft of elevation gain.
