Ritter Pass

Ritter Pass on The Old West Scenic Bikeway in Eastern Oregon. We are on our way back to Long Creek after spending the night at Ritter Hot Springs. Dixie pass is higher at a little over 5200 ft but didn't get a decent picture.

@bobj

I'm a new user here - is there a thread somewhere on Paceline where you introduce your bike?

If you can't find one just start your own thread...

Edit: There is the "Image Gallery" section, but I don't know how much traffic there is over there.

If you're a newbie, I say go ahead and introduce yourself and your bike in the General Discussion area.

@Louis
Sorry, in retrospect my wording was extremely unclear!

I was hoping to find out a little more about the Surly in @bobj's photograph.

Got it.

It looks like Bobj only has four posts on the forum, so it won't be hard to see if he's posted any details about the Surly.

Rode from the Swan Deli in Purdys, NY through North Salem and into Ridgefield, CT, where I lived quite a few years ago. Nice views, killer climb up Keeler Lane, pretty dirt roads, and even some single track in Hemlock Hills, which I would run as a cut through to Lake Windwing with my dog almost thirty years ago...

Beautiful. Where are you?

I've enjoyed skiing Taos for many years.
