Rode with a local group today on their July4th celebration loop.
Met one of their riders who is 6'8", this is his bike. And this car waiting behind a lube shop for an oil change.

The 4th of July ride in the northern Bridgers and some of the steepest pitches in the western Bridgers. Not a bad day....not bad at all.

Happy 4th!
These are some of the happenings on my rides, admittedly not very far but some might find it interesting.
Elvis made a cameo appearance, if only in spirit this morning. My favorite bike out of my stable of nice steel bikes. This one carried me for a very nice 50 miles around the valley today. |

Through a new set of 650b wheels on the no22 with gravel king 1.9s and road it from my cabin to my house today. My first 650b experience and it was very enjoyable!

Not a ride day, getting my gear ready, smelled and saw smoke, call 911, checked out how close it was, deployed the home foamer in the direction of the fire and hoped. 1 helicopter, 3 retardant bombers, 6 fire engines, but the wind direction was in my favor and it blew away. It started about 200 yards from my house ...
