FRM Crankset

Been on the lookout for a while. Not 110, but a 52/38 will do just fine. Going on an incoming project.

Very nice looking Bridgestone, nice score. Did you by some slim chance also get all the original components with the deal?

Even the tires are the originals, with minimal wear. It is a very low mileage bike that was in storage for a long time, guy said 18 years.
Here's a link to a flickr folder with a lot of detail pics: https://flic.kr/s/aHsmPdnWgZ
Ok, that was my bad, I thought the rear derailleur was not original but it the angle of your picture that made it look different, but when I zoomed in close to yours and others it appears to be factory original. Anyway a great score.

That Bridgestone is a great score! That Avocet saddle will look very good on a shelf, better than under one's rear end ...

Debadged 1" salsa stem from @bicycletricycle for my Swisscross build. Hmm, leave as is, or try to find some decals...

Nice! I've been hanging on to a 1" x 135 stem from my first upgrades on my first mtn bike. ...that was 1988!

Bought myself some Conti tires: 32c GP5k TLs, Speed King CX (which I hope are tubeless, but have doubts), and some GP5ks to replace some GP4KSes

Pictures don't do it justice. I know it's just a mirror. But it's way too beautiful not to share.

Berthoud bar end mirror.

A pair of silca latex tubes. Flatted the other day and figured may as well upgrade.

KC tools suckered me in with a free bottle opener. Bought a Wera torx set to match my Wera allen set.

It's Berthoud. It shows the swirling mountain mist you're forever riding through.
