Just realized I might not have the tool needed to install the spider lockring, whoops. But I'll get photos once it's mounted up and running.

I have the tool - but with the cost of shipping to you and back, may not be worth the effort..

Do watch out for the different spider mount standards though. Rotor Aldhu one-piece rings don't fit on those cranks, as I found out the hard way.. Or at least they didn't on my 2InPower cranks, which I think are the same as the 3D30.

no idea - seller didn't know either aaand it was a repaint....supposedly an "exact match" of the original paint job - but it has the hallmarks of a really nice frame - shaved lugs, filet braised bb, scalloped seatstays...rode today and was really happy with the size and fit

Picked up a Park BBT-79 from the local shop yesterday and that did the ticket. Very nice that it's the same tool for the spider lockring and the BB actually.

One of my Michelin Power Competition 700x25 tires got a nasty sidewall tear on a ride, so I replaced it and its healthier twin with a pair Vittoria Corsas with gumwall and hopefully better flat protection. Has anybody had luck with the new generation of Vittoria Corsas?

i think they're pretty awesome, but i also think flats/cuts are such a hit or miss matter of luck, it's just not predictable.

i think you will enjoy the ride though.

Hopefully you have better luck than me, but I think moving to Vittoria anything for better flat protection is a bit of wishful thinking. Nice tires, but not durable in my experience.

I rode in the Rapha Core Cargo Bibs today for the first time.

I am quite shocked and pleased by how comfortable they are.
