New set of AA rechargeable batteries for lights...

Use these a lot so they bear replacement.

new frame (to me)

BMC SLX01.

Always wanted to try one of their bikes and found a great deal I couldn't pass up.

Also picked up a Pro Vibe 7S carbon stem to go on it. should be pretty nice.

3.2.1.Kontact

I'm trying out a Kontact saddle (http://kontactbike.com) after reading a blurb on BikeRumor. Currently about a week in. It's a love hate relationship so far. My rear is slowly getting used to it, so it doesn't feel as much like a rock coming from a Selle An-Atomica. But it still feels like i'm perched on top of something and not very connected to the bike. I'm going to give it another week before I make my decision to keep it or send it back.

I've been on something of a spending spree:

Ritchey P650B frameset
Ambrosio Nemesis rim
Misc Pro bits and bobs to rebuild my 02 S-Works

coming soon to a garage near me: 650B wheels, tires, Fox fork, and assorted other bits to build up the Ritchey frameset

Almost done

My workshop. Although I don't miss retail for one second, I miss wrenching on bikes, a lot. Have 2 wheels to build, EPS-up a Merckx, strip the 50th, add to another Merckx.....clean my Moots.....

Need to get my stencil brush, plastic pan and can o' diesel.

..... NOS Atac XS's for..... (gasp) my road bike. I freaking love them. So much float. And it's a secret acknowledgment that all I'm going to do is "train."
