About $2000. The SW starts at 23000 and the alltrack starts at 25000. That said, the all track does come stock with some nice things such as leatherette so there is that.

also, @fuzzalow - agree 100% with what you said. Also not a fan of car culture

New V60

@MattTuck et al.

New V60 revealed. Looks to be larger than the old V60. I really didn't like the rear of the old V60, as it ended too abruptly past the rear wheel. This one looks a lot better. Rear cargo space (with 2nd row seats down) is larger by 5 cubic feet; not a whole lot, but better than before. Cargo space with seats up is larger by

Summary of spec here

Also got a kick out of this. Is that roadie doing a trackstand there?

Another wagon fan here!

I agree, that new V60 looks much better than the old version. I think the V90 is a great looking wagon as well, and is actually big enough to be a replacement for a big SUV. But $$$!

I've owned an Audi A4 Avant and the first generation Audi Allroad as well.

Last year I picked up one of the 'new' 2015 VW Golf Sportwagon TDIs when they went back on sale, with a 6 speed manual of course. Awesome car! Drives great and has all the luxury items I need. I would LOVE to have an Alltrack TDI 6MT, but that will never happen unfortunately. I decided the TDI engine was more important than the AWD, and I feel I made the right choice. Previous to this Sportwagon I was driving a 2010 Golf TDI. With good snow tires, AWD is not needed.

I'm just glad there are still a few companies making wagons with manual transmissions!

Love the squarebacks

They make the best bike haulers.

i'd definitely do an early turn-in of our leased XC60 for that new V60.
probably still many months before they'll actually be available though.

Rumors of a manual transmission.

If so, this is on the short list of cars I'd consider moving away from a GTI/R for. I do love my wagons (I've owned a couple), but a hatch is perfect in terms of carrying capacity 90% of the time and more fun to drive 99% of time time.

What about a newer version of XC60? I saw it on the road the other day and thought it was a V90 from afar. It was only after I got directly behind the car that I realized it's a XC60. Which means, low enough of a chasis; I think it should be able to haul more stuff as well

ETA. Doubt they'll bring over the diesel. The D3 and D4 are significantly underpowered by U.S. standards.

re: volvo, those are likely the last of the last, volvo is moving 100% to electric/hybrid cars in 2019.

I saw the Buick Tour X at the car show
It's a big vehicle, and I thought it was really nice.

Unfortunately, I think only comes fully loaded and one engine choice.Seemed a bit expensive for what was on offer.

Love the taillights, they had a deep sculpting with the chrome trim integrated.

I also was hoping Kia would bring the Optima Wagon to the USA but I don't think it will happen...

I'm an Audi guy but man I've always liked the 3 Series wagons.
They look great and they actually offer them for sale here! Unlike Audi....

Volvo hasn't offered a manual transmission in the US for 3 or 4 years so I wouldn't hold my breath on that happening.
