Feel My Legs, I’m a Racer is a Swarm! event based on Danny Chew’s Dirty Dozen race. I found the ten most brutal hills in LA; the group rides together to each hill and then ‘races’ to the top. We regroup, ride to the next hill and do it again. There is a point system to declare the fastest of the day, but for most people just getting up all of these in one day is a huge feat. Hell, the LA Wheelmen make a huge deal out of the their ride up Fargo St. (notice Swarmers! Brian and Alec doing it on a tall bike!) and on Feel My Legs it’s only one of ten…Check out the GPS data of the ride. Almost 3000 feet of climbing in less than 20 miles.

LA transplants are so weird.
I'm sure Danny would be thrilled to know it was inspired by his event...I'd be surprised if he isn't aware of it actually. Your hills look legit.

One of the guys in our group ride snapped this picture during this morning’s ride; I think it is kind of cool:

The muted colors of December in the upper Midwest.

Unusual to get many miles in this late in the year.

PSX pic is actually from a few weeks ago... no bright greens in our landscape at this point.

Tom what kind of fenders are on your Moots and how wide of tire are they suited for? I'm looking for some basic minimal protection fenders.
This is a photo from last Thursday though I did cheat and brightened the colors.

Planet Bike Speed EZ. Love 'em.

Those are Challenge Strada Bianca 33's, which measure almost 35 mm.
