Matcha can be a tough sell. I know many people who don’t trust it. Free samples are probably a good idea when possible.

P.S. Matcha Kit Kats are a definite like.

Specialized used to sell a pair of L wrenches with 4 different size Allen ends and a plastic mount for them that went between the bottle cage and the frame with a wrench accessible on either side of the bottle. Back in the mid-90's, that, a patch kit and a Ritchey CPR9 multitool were all I needed to fix pretty much anything on the trail. I lost one of the wrenches at some point, but the other and the mount are floating around here somewhere.

Thats twice in this thread.

IMO the only thing good about them using the wrapper as an emergency windblock in your bib shorts, nevermind that you'd never be able to eat one of those things when its cold enough to need that

At least 4, actually.
Powerbars, the chocolate in particular, were great. Easy to carry, didn't fall apart, did what they were supposed to.
Plus the wrappers were perfect for emergency tire boots

Tire Savers. I know they can be found, or fabricated, just not as easy to mount as they used to be.

Wait, you could eat them? I thought you were supposed to mold them into a boomerang so you could hunt for food!

Many in my cycling world miss Ibex, I'm in that camp as well.
I still have some well worn items, and they still get the love.

Just thought about this:
Blackburn full sized frame pumps. My frame pump is at least 30 years old and it still works great. My wife had a sidewall cut open and after booting it, it easily pumped up enough to get back.

I would agree with this.. my new to me Anderson came with a custom-painted frame pump (either a Topeak or Blackburn I think) and it works so well and looks pretty nice on the bike.. for a non-racer, just not sure why you wouldn't want a frame pump.. they are light(ish) and are out of the way under the top tube.. I guess it might be a fashion thing?
