As a fellow business owner I would guess that the rising costs of employees, real estate, and materials has pushed down profits to the point that shrinking is the best option. Fewer employees, less output, less overhead, and higher pricing will give him the same profit but with much less stress. The brand has reached the elite level with people that desire such things and I feel like he has earned a break from the grind. Basically taking it back to the original Vanilla idea.

Thanks, had not seen these before. Even after VAT rebate, that's still caviar money on $/g basis...
