Minnehaha Falls flowing in February.

Strange weather indeed.

Most of the local trails are closed, so we rode to the river bottoms.

Not enough tire for that muck down there.

Should have brought the Muckluck.

My Bilenky by the falls.

Sounds about right.

Very nice framesets for the $$$$. imho

AFAIK On One Studios set up all of the All City Fulton team bikes.

The Fulton brewery is very close to the bike shop.

How handy.

Great day for a ride out to the Falls.

I skipped the Falls shot and took a pic just upstream in your background before grabbing brunch at Buster's.

Nice shot.

We live in St. Paul right across the river from the Falls and Busters.

We ride right through that area when we head south towards gravel in the southern Metro/Hastings areas.

Compass Snoqualmie Pass on my Warbird

Just tossed some 44mm Snoqualmie Pass tires on the warbird. Off tomorrow with the kids for school vacation week and they both have play dates for most of the day, and its going to be in the 50s... so i'll get to try them out tomorrow!

Fit with some room to spare.

Sorry for the basement shot, but all I have at the moment...

Nice! I'm thinking of putting a pair on my tandem after a 27" to 700c conversion. How wide do they measure for you? What is the internal width of your rim?

Hmmm.

I don't have a way to measure the width...

Assuming they measure a bit under the 44mm as the warbird is designed for 38mm max... but i've been told people get wider in there...

These are on a set of carbon clinchers with 25mm width... so that helps as well likely...

Thanks. I will have to ping you sometime and get your recommendations on best exits out of the South Metro to gravel. I usually just stick to the river bottoms when heading South from my home and hit gravel on my routes West.

Also open to coordinating a good group ride starting from AC or something, as you mentioned previously. Wish I was riding and not working today!

Can be done, but I would think you'd need a high ape-factor for the saddle-to-bar drop, or an extended head tube, or ridiculously rising stem to make that work per most workable positions.

+1

Look to Soma and Surly and enjoy your 6cm of threadless spacers, Nitto Technomic fully extended or pro-level saddle-to-bar drop.
