havent had a garmin (or cycling computer in general) in a decade... realized i dont really like having one in general. but i do like having doodad's for running so bought a garmin forerunner 235, which is apparently cycling friendly too. think im going to like the idea of it tracking rides, but not having a device attached to cockpit to stare down at.

$15 at my local co-op. Works perfectly with a new hose and chuck. Gauge is 100% accurate at 100psi.

i bought my dog a light-up vest, for those few times on night trail-rides when i actually manage to drop him, or when he absolutely, positively needs to run off to investigate something in the woods and pee on it

Took yet another plunge into something I said I would never do -Picked up a SSCX bike online. I can't ride it for a few weeks as it is in MPLS and I'm in Iowa City. Should be making it's way down here with some friends for Jingle Cross. 2 weeks off Appendix surgery too, so I can't really race it.
