Very nice -- the blue color on that super cool X3 frame really stands out. How do you like the extralight slicks from RH? Did you go tubeless?

My favorite toy. Not a great picture.

Litespeed T3 disc.

Frame is a M/L with a Cane Creek 110 heastset. Standard Litespeed fork with Extralite steer plug. SRAM Red eTap 11 speed. Darimo seatpost and clamp, Berk Lupina narrow saddle. 3T Aeronova 40 cm bars and a MFCK 100mm stem. Some older lightweight cages with Farsports rims laced with Sapim CX-Ray spokes to Novatec 402 and 412 hubs. Ashima 140mm rotors with titanium bolts. TPU tubes with Conti 5000S tires and Dura Ace 9100 pedals. SRAM Red 11-25 11 speed cassette. As sits 16.1 lbs.

Yes I am a weight weenie.

Thanks! T-Lab makes awesome frames and they are local for me, so I was able to pick it up straight from the factory.
I really like the ride of the RH extralight, but I didn't go tubeless. TPU tubes are installed since day one and no flats in two years.

Non RH fan, however do love the frame, build and extra points for the chain guide!

Very nice! I've speculated about putting a supple steel fork on a Ti frame, but I've never actually done it. Kudos to you for doing it.

I had a '91 Spectrum that came with an SR aluminum fork. When I finally swapped it for a carbon Ouzo Pro fork I could not believe how much more control I felt... especially on twisty downhills.
