Is Jenson usa useless?

Having a crank failure. Got the new cranks, but need a bb30 bottom bracket to replace the praxis conversion bracket i am using with my failing cranks.

Turns out bb30 with straight 30mm bore has become hard to find...

Found one at Jenson "in stock, ready to ship" most orders to California arrive in 1 day; awesome I thought.

Days later I still don't even have a shipping notice... multiple emails have resulted in no response.

Web sight still says "in stock, ready to ship" most orders to California arrive in 1 day

So frustrating! I just want to go riding.

I ordered from Jenson a few months back and was amazed by their shipping to CA. I ordered tires on Sat and they were delivered on Monday.

Hope your order gets resolved soon.

I've had that scenario with them too. Maybe they didn't really have it in stock and are waiting for it to arrive from a supplier. Not cool but hopefully you'll still get what you ordered.

No problems with Jenson but it’s been a while. Nothing stays the same these days.

Keep us posted.

I've ordered twice this year from Jenson with no issues.

If what happened to you happened to me, I would cancel the order and avoid them. It's too bad to read this. I like them, and I only order things that are in stock.

They don’t usually have everything I need but they are pretty much the only US based shop that has their **** together for shipping to Canada. Has always been really fast for me. Definitely contact them, it’s not the norm.

I’ve ordered several times from Jensen over the last couple of years. Each time shipping was super quick. I’d try calling. As others have said, nothing seems to last forever in this competitive economic climate.

Same here. I am in SoCal so if their store in Corona has it in stock it will get to me in 1 day almost always. If I need something NOW and can't shop for the lowest price I order from them.

Buyer beware !

So far it's 3 calls and 3 emails with no response. If it was warmer, I'd at least hear crickets.

Still listed as in stock and ready to ship on their website.

With over 20 orders from Jenson since 2020, no issues.

Remember, a happy customer tells 1 person, an unhappy customer tells 20

Have had a pretty much flawless experience with them for several years. The 1 to 2 day free shipping in California is real.

Sorry you've had a bad experience. Only good experiences for me in my ~10 years purchasing from them. Although shipping to me in VT can take a while I've found them to be pretty prompt with shipping and replying.

Have you tried engaging with their Chat function on their website? I don't think it's live yet today since they're probably not in office yet. Maybe worth a try!

Could you link the exact BB you're looking for? There's a chance I have one that I could sell/send your way.
