That might be the everyday price everywhere even though MSRP is $200. Not sure what I paid for my 710, but I don't think it was $200.

Yeah, the 'sale' price is higher than what I see at a local shops outside of Black Friday and other sales.

Getting one of these was a game changer for sure!

This shot shows a road I ride as part of my daily route. 50 mph and as you see, no shoulder. The Varia with my rear mirror really make me feel relatively safe. The path the bike is on in this pictures is pretty much unusable for fast summer riding when all the tourist and recreationist are up here.

$150 is the usual sale price for the Varia, so not a bad deal (I've never seen it less).. those saying they find it for less I'm a bit skeptical of (if I understand the posts correctly).. Garmin is pretty tight with their retailer's abilities to offer below MAPP, unless authorized by Garmin, from what I can tell..

How old is the Varia now? They desperately need to update that camera.

only the one with the camera.. the one the OP bought above us $50 off, which is the standard sale when Garmin allows these to be on sale..

I saw a 25% discount at Western Bike Works (aka biketiresdirect.com). I'm guessing it's across the board. There certainly seem to be other options than Amazon, at any rate.

That is a sweet ride. Long live Paramount/Waterford!
