I did a similar repair on a pair of Sidis where the sole started separating from the heel. Used 3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 based on recommendations.. It worked great, has held up for years of continued use. Takes a while to cure, use a c-clamp to hold the sole in place for a few days. The sealant has some flex, which works well for this application.

I've had a sole torn off of my Fox M/C racing boots because of the sticky track surface on a hot day, but in those situations it was duct tape first, cobbler later. |

I used the same. Just make sure to get some kind of clamp to hold it together while it cures.
