Fenders on an Enve fork

My Breadwinner has an Enve fork with a threaded fork mount under the crown. Enve sells a kit to allow attachment of a fork, $60 for a little metal piece and a few bolts bothers me. Has anyone found other ways to mount a fork to an Enve fork?

But let me guess-you void the warranty if you dont use their kit.

Which Enve fork do you have specifically?

My enve integrated road fork has a threaded hole, right under the bridge, and didn't require anything extra to make fenders work:

If you want a much cleaner solution, I've got an ENVE GRD fork (road disc) with the integrated carbon fiber fender. It clips on to the inside of the fork with dedicated indents, and the bottom of the fork legs with clips. Fork is used, but fender/mounts is brand new in the bag.
