Looking for Campy differential-style brake calipers, but with quick release...

Anybody have a lead on a high quality dual pivot front caliper/single pivot rear caliper rim brake that also has a quick release lever?

I've moved on from Campy levers and would happily still use a pair of their differential brakes, but am running some larger rubber these days and would prefer a Shimano-style release lever. I can use the barrel adjuster, but prefer to avoid it as my primary release clearance-garnering measure.
