Nope looked like the frame was intact.

Kamp rode for Pauwel's previously. I can only imagine that the history between these two is much deeper than this one incident. It was a total a$$hat move by Iserbyt no matter what the history is.

Guy deserves more than a DQ. Suspension/fine would be appropriate for that act. It's racing; what, he thinks the other guy crashed on purpose or something?

From the reading I've done on it so far, Kamp is 'known for cutting corners' and (reading between the lines) crashing people out

Does that mean stomping on the rear wheel was justified? Nope but it explains the anger from EI

Yes, I've seen that as well. Kamp has a history of racing with sharp elbows. But Eli deserves a significant penalty. Erase a bunch of his UCI points, suspend him for a month, make him line up at the back of every race. Any of those options.

"The UCI has suspended the Pauwels Sauzen-Bingoal rider for three races after his slip-up in the opening cross of Beringen," Pauwels Sauzen-Bingoal stated.

Slip-up? Slip-up?

Doing it in the national jersey should be another fine.

A smaller fine than that guy received for kissing his wife during the TdF time trial. UCI rules enforcement is such a farce.

Fine increased to 2,500 Swiss francs. Still not a huge amount, but significantly higher than original.
