tunecycling.com

Anyone have experience ordering from https://www.tunecycling.com/

I saw their sale but the prices looked way too good to be real. I put tunecycling.com in a couple search engines and got nothing negative - no scam alerts, etc. I added words like scam and legitimate but still got nothing negative. Therefore, I placed a smallish order, but after I put the card numbers in, it flipped to another website: Fashion Warriors, and asked for the numbers again. This sort of spooked me so I stopped.

I then clicked on their "contact us" and asked about this - no response. A few days later, I asked again, still no response. No way I am ordering without some definite positive feedback from folks here.

Thanks,
Dave

Thanks Rooster. Does that mean I can safely order components from tunecycling.com? And, why no response from the "contact us" part of the website?

Thanks again,
Dave

You cannot.

"Too good to be true" is one red flag and the lack of a response is another.

I looked at the address on their Contact Us page, using Google Maps, and it does not look like a real business (or even a real address). Another red flag.

I also searched for the first line of their "About us" page: "Our Present: Crafting fashion with function" and found a bunch of other websites with the same copy.

No no no

Tune was a legit component--had tune hubs for years on a bike.
that website is suspect: the "about us" makes ZERO sense as posted above
the 'contact us' is a townhome in TN:

Thanks nooneline! I really appreciate your response. My internet skills are not as good as yours, however, I knew enough to stop.
