When bikeflights first started biz, they recommended putting a minimal/small amount of insurance(vs full value) no matter value of bike, wheels etc. Claimed as long as it was insured for something they would be able to go to battle for you if something unplanned happened in transit. THings always went smooth so never found out if this worked.

Any experience here with recommended amount of insurance relative to value of contents?
