Would a 4 ounce bottle of Boeshield be enough to coat a single frame? Two frames?

I like the idea of pouring in liquid and rotating the frame around (with stoppers in place, of course!). Seems like that's a better shot at getting everything coated rather than a spray.

I use the CRC stuff angry linked. Works fine, especially given that spraying the inside of tubes does not really have any proven outcome (that's been studied in any fashion). I still do it....

A couple of alternatives that I've used when I couldn't get hold of JP Weigels frame saver are Hammerite 'Waxoyl' or Dinotrol Cavity Wax.
