It's weird that there are so many reports of bad packing from them. I ordered a bunch of times, and my Campy wheels (2 sets) came in their original boxes and unscathed, delivered to Portugal. All my regular boxes came well packed as well.

I'd also say they are fine if on a truing stand they are true, round, dished. BUT, I'd also check tension to make sure they aren't 'seconds'.

BTW-GREAT wheels and probably you will have NO problem with them but Campagnolo Factory Warranty? Doubt it.

Slightly off topic…I buy hobby items from Germany. IMO the corrugated board used in boxes is nowhere as durable as boxes from the US. Same with the tape used to seal the packages.

I had a similar experience with my Bora Ultras I got from StarBike. They had to be re-packed by USPS (who lost my Extralite chainrings) but, the wheels were fine. USPS packed them in a sandwich style box. So dumb.
