Di2 v1 rear derailleur trouble

My most used bike right now is my old look 595 that I’ve converted into a tri setup. The b screw plate was stripped so I replaced it while I also replaced the pulley gears and also have a new waxed chain.

So…now the derailleur is stuck in the low position - it won’t shift electronically or be moved manually.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Pull the wheel or the chain off the chainring and move DR rearward. Get a smaller cassette maybe. Or add a few links.

What capacity are you asking of it? Isn't Short cage Di2 gen 1 33t max capacity?

Thanks! Actually a 23t cassette…I took the whole thing off and it seems stuck, doesn’t respond when plugged in. Could I have messed it up replacing the b screw assembly?

Is it in crash mode?

Rides of JApan has a good video on this, it shows you what crash mode physically is on the RD, and how to get out of it

I would test it's not in crash mode. You could have incidentally tripped it off.
