Can you I.D. these dropouts?

These came with a used Lynskey MTN frame I purchased, but the mounting bolts don't fit the frame. I asked the original owner and he thought they came with the frame, but had no clue otherwise. There are no markings I can see anywhere. Mounting bolt spacing is about 46mm on center, thru axle, and IS brake mount.

Anyone able to ID them? They were still new in bubble wrap til I opened them.

I would contact Lynskey.

My guess is that is who made them.

If they are not the correct ones, they can tell you which ones you need.
