Cino photos
Mark Davison and I drove (mostly in the rain) To Kalispell on Wednesday and Thursday, then did a short ride into Glacier NP on Friday. Friday eve we checked in at the Montessori School and met other riders and viewed some cool bikes. Amongst them, a 1955 Hetchins, two Atalas, a Medici, Colnago, Bridgestone, Rakeight, Dawes, Trek, Guerciottis, and a cool late 1800s replica with no seat tube, and a two speed back pedal hub with coaster brake. Bironi and I both tested that one out!
Paceliners - Choke, omnipresent sagmaster and martini maven; North Bend, riding a lovely Woodrup; Dave Kirk and Dave Wages, each riding beauties from their own handcrafting, and Mark and me.

Here's the RidewithGPS trace of our Friday ride in Glacier National Park.
We were turned back by what looked like heavy rain. As soon as we turned back the sun came out within about 10 minutes. https://ridewithgps.com/trips/221984112 |

It was great meeting you Mark. How did you like riding that cool smoke chromed A.D.?
Quite a nice dumpster find. |

I felt the Austro Daimler was an excellent mount for Cino. Mark Davison figured out that the 650Bx42 tires easily fit. I sent out the saddle and post from my Bob Jackson, and sent the same bars and levers too. Mark built it with 48-38-24 x 12-30 10s cassette, which I shifted with 9s Dura Ace barends in friction mode. The only deficiency was the Raid brakes, which yielded a couple of pucker moments. And the smoky chrome finish is the cherry on top!

Mark and Mark, nice to meet you both. I'm glad that you enjoyed yourself.
I seem to be terrible at taking pics when I SAG, I never seem to pull the camera out. I only took two pics the entire weekend.
