That was the bike I wanted when I got mine, but Chris did not want to build anymore in a 21 inch size due to issues he was having with them.

I didn't know that. I would ideally ride a slightly bigger frame, but I never see any. This is very late 90's race geo with a low front end. I've a Noleen suspension fork with 100mm I'll throw on at some point just to try (with Chris's blessing, he says it's fine to run the longer fork).
