Ostroy sizing

"Designed in NYC. Made in Italy."

How does that translate when it comes to sizing? European or US?

I'm 6'2" and 140lbs. I usually wear a medium bib (rapha, assos, ornot, texmarket, tenspeedhero) and sometimes the straps are long enough. If it weren't for the straps, even a small would fit. In Ostroy I wear a LARGE bib and the straps are still way too short, too bad cuz I like the chamois. Don't know about their jerseys.

I have one Ostroy jersey, and it fits exactly the way every Castelli, Champ-Sys, or Voler jersey I own fits...which is to say, I take a Large (Race Fit).
fwiw if my only choice in jerseys is Club Fit, then I take a Medium. I'm 6' tall and ~170lbs if that helps.

btw, my Ostroy jersey says "Made in Columbia" !

Ostroy stuff is snug

5’11” 145lbs. Their small is definitely aero/tight fit on me, so I think Euro sizing is the baseline. For reference, I also wear S in Voler (race fit) - the Ostroy is cut slightly slimmer.

It's the same as Pactimo sizing for me (Large in Pactimo, Large in Ostroy) for both tops and bottoms, which I think of as US sizing. I'm a XXL in Pas Normal, not sure about other euro brands.

Maybe it changes more at the bigger end? I'm 6'3" and 185 lbs

I am 5'11 and 178 lbs ish. I have both a large and a medium bibs. Both are doable but the larges are a little looser so don't where them much. The medium are just fine. FWIW I do the same in Pearl Izumi.

I would say more US sizing to answer your original question.
