Omg with the ankle socks - talk about bad fashion! Everyone up to date knows sock height relates to inner rim width. Wider = taller!

It was Wiggins who really started the high sock movement.

Or was it Julius Erving?

And what is the ideal naval depth?
Do you wear an inverted sock in winter?
Is it merino wool?
….
This keeps me up all night.

Used to love DeFeet socks, we had a place that could order in bulk. Still working through these, they wore very well and have funky colors. Short sock.

It's the proper height whatever is for sale on the clearance rack?

And now that it is the end of summer, anyone notice how cycling tan lines are the weirdest.

The correct sock height is that of whichever socks I grab out of my sock drawer.

Julius Erving learned his sock game from Connie Hawkins.

I've been very confused by this trend to longer socks and not sure what to do about it. So, to cover all the bases, I wear one long and one short.

If there's truly an aero benefit to socks, I may do away with bike shorts entirely and just wear a sock Red Hot Chili Peppers style... I could use the extra wattage savings.
