One of the guys I ride with lost his Garmin off his bike when we were riding. The Raveman plastic mounting tab broke off (one of the ears) and the Garmin on top of it hit the deck. He got another Raveman but he uses a tether now. Luckily, his Garmin wasn't destroyed, just scuffed up.

Can anyone compare the raveman to the outbound? The optics looks similar with a lot of overlap. I ordered an outbound the other day and it is waiting for me in NY. I wanted a backup light when I am climbing and my k-lite is dim af because I'm slow up them hills. No problems on the way down!
