Campy Cable question

Will any current Campy cable set work with a 10 speed Chorus groupset?
In other words, do Campy 10, 11, and 12 speed groupsets use the same cables?

Yes, Campagnolo cables (both shift and brake) are backwards compatible with previous groups.

Aren't the Maximum Smoothness variety specced for 12s though? Though these supposedly work fine going backwards? For 10s though, then any campy cable will work

Yes. I replaced the cables on my 10 speed Record MXL a few years ago with 11 speed cables, which looked exactly like the ten speed cables. I had to reuse a piece of housing and the new cable fit perfectly.
