Pressfit BB30 installation?

My Seven Axiom is built with BB30. I installed the Stronglight 24mm “adaptor BB”
https://stronglight.com/produit/bb-30-24

I used a Raceface Cadence crank and the dust seals on the BB was a bit tight.
Today when I removed the crank I had to give the axle a little dab to let go of the BB seals. The result was that the BB cup left the frame - maybe too much dab? I installed the cups with grease is that a no go and is some kind of Loctite the way? Or is it better to find one of those thereadtogether BB’s if the shell in the frame is just a bit “loose”?

It sounds like the fit on the spindle is tighter than the fit on the frame, which is not the way it should be. I have no personal experience with the Stronglight adapters, but the Wheels Mfg thread-together BB30-to-Shimano bottom brackets are great, and I would higher recommend them.

I'll add a +1 for those, they've been solid for me.

A dab of loctite bearing retainer can help keep the PF30 bearing cup in the frame, but I wouldnt go nuts as you want to remove them later.

Praxis for the win, only BB that has a collet type action as well as screw together, I'm a huge fan.

Another vote for the Wheel’s Mfg unit, so simplistic and quite easy to install.
