No doubt but converting a non boost disc hub to boost(cannot do the other way around, pretty sure), makes for 'interesting' placement of the rotor..

Edit..altho there are probably non-DT end caps and spacers, just got an email from the DT Gurus and DT doesn't offer Non boost to boost end caps. Just for info.

Thats what the spacer is for. Its really a simple thing to give old wheels a new life.

Yes, I converted a set of ISO-6 350s from non-boost to boost using adapters.

I don't think you can do this with CL hubs, as you need a spacer to move the rotor out.*

The front kit has new end caps for both sides and a spacer for the rotor.

The rear kit has a new end cap for the non-drive side, a spacer for the rotor, and REQUIRES A RE-DISH to move the rim back to center (all the added width is on the non-drive side, due to cassette placement).

I rode the wheels like this for ~5 years without any problem. And recently converted them to non-boost 12mm for use on a gravel bike.

* It looks like Wolf Tooth has kits for some FRONT CL hubs - I assume they require re-dishing the front, as the rotor is fixed, so all additional width goes on one side. Can't do a CL rear because the distance between cassette and rotor needs to change and there's no way to do that.

There are conversions from CL to 6 bolt and then you could use a 6 bolt boost conversion. I tried searching to see if someone makes a CL to ISO boost conversion but Google isn't great about questions like that.

Hope has a boost conversion for their 6 bolt hubs.

I suppose this is possible with the shimano adapters but I would definitely not do this. maybe if the boost offset is built into the adapter it would be ok.
