Wahoo and light mount.
I have a generic eBay mount on my gravel/dropbar-mtb that isn’t cutting it. It bounces and rattles like crazy on rougher trails.
Any suggestions for a beefier mount? I’m open to other types of mounts as well, as long as it will mount a Wahoo and the light (Edelux). Thanks. |

I went through a bit of an ordeal looking for a wahoo mount that would take my usual GoPro mount for a light. The issue I ran into was the orientation of the wahoo puck used the same screw holes the light mount needed, and the light mount screws would not get enough purchase on the underside of the mount because they shared a holes. I am currently running a JRC component stem bolt mount with the wahoo puck and I get enough purchase for the light mount. Hope that helps.

This one serves me well with a light and motion attached to the go pro mount

Thank you. I’ll check those out.
I’m thinking I’ll need to have separate mounts like msl819 suggested. Weight of the Edelux might be too much for one mount. |

Stems from Easton, Zipp, and Specialized all have their own integrated mounts. Look at one of those for something more stout and also lose the Garmin->Wahoo adapter that you are using and go with a native Wahoo mount for less moving parts and chance of rattles.

I've got one of these F3 mounts
https://www.f3cycling.com/products/formmount It's a bit fiddly to get set up initially but very stable. The computer mount can be rotated to fit either a Garmin or Wahoo, and the bottom has a Gopro mount I use with a fairly heavy front light. |

Maybe there's a sturdier Garmin mount to be had. I use a Garmin-to-Wahoo adapter which cost about $20. A pair of Garmin mounts was about $10.

Barfly makes solid mounts.

I may have a spare that isn’t being used. I’m used it with a Garmin Edge and a Cycliq Fly12, which attached with a GoPro mount. Let me know if you’re interested. |

I have one of these and am really happy with it, although only road use so far.

I've used the barfly, as well as the K-Edge, which now comes in versions that have a go-pro type mount. I use that mount for my front light (Bontrager ION 200), with a Bontrager go-pro mount for that light. In the past, there were good 3D printed options as well, but cost has gone up.

I’ve had good luck with k-edge as well.

I have this on both road and gravel bikes and it's super stable. As mentioned, set up can be fiddly but one it's on straight it's a great set up.

I use the KOM cycling mount with the CM06 twist off: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have two, one for my Garmin, one for my front light. I have the same mount across all my bike so it makes it quite easy simply flipping between bikes. |
