My bike isn't old, but it is the first one ever made. It's the 1st Tony Pereira Oregon Manifest bike show winner. Tony has made one other since than, and now makes a line of similar Breadwinner bikes, but mine will always be the first.

Jeff

PS. it's now for sale if anyone want it.

Serotta CST

That Serotta CST mountain bike is so cool! I had T-Max back in the day from Serotta that rode like a dream. My first real serious MTB from around 1991. Wish I would have kept it. Onyx to Magenta fade paint with full Shimano XT. Columbus steel tubing, man I loved that bike. Your CST is awesome!! Matt

Serotta did know how to build a mountain bike. Mine is a model year 2000, and i don't think more than about 200 were ever made. It was built for an 80mm front shock with a pretty aggressive head tube angle (71 degrees?) by today's standards, but i'm running a Reba 90-120 which helps on descents. Since the Stratos rear shock is integral to the frame I picked up a spare, but the original is holding up so far. I haven't been using it on technical trail as much since i got a Remedy (150mm travel), but there are some long front range routes with mixed trail, dirt, gravel that it's just perfect for.

My Aegis Aro Svelte isn't quite obscure yet but it is getting there.

What makes mine more obscure is that I have replacement drop out that allow me to run it with 130 mm vertical drops for gears or 120mm horizontal rear facing drops for a track configuration.

I like to think of it as fairly rare maybe not obscure. My Somec Air 2001. Like a total space cadet I forgot about the Somec panto stem I had on my ebay watch list and missed out on the stem I have waited for years.

I would love to see pics of your Innerlight. I have a fixed gear Innerlight that I bought from a friend in the East Bay whom it was made for a few years ago. I haven't seen another one yet!

1960s Condor of Switzerland (not the British Condor company). Inch pitch drivetrain, wood rims. Repainted because it had a rattlecan job when I got it in the mid 70s, but I did ride it for training.

Nice thread dredge! Very cool bikes here.

This is my Gion Italia. Pelizzoli built, I’m told less than 150 made with this marque. Dedalo steel tubing sticker, later morphed to Dedacciai.

Colnago Master CX

Colnago Master CX

1 of 1 made, as far as I know. Colnago has built only a handful of steel cyclocross bikes over the years, starting with one in the '70s for Roger de Vlaeminck. Luca Bramati raced on lugless steel Colnago 'cross and mountain bikes in the mid '90s.

Bert Hiemstra raced on one in 1998-1999 for Rabobank, also lugless.

Mine is the only lugged Master I've been able to find (and I've done some research and documented it on Wikipedia).

It has no serial number so laura @ colnago was unable to help with any details. I should probably reach out to Alex @ Colnago (on the FB group) to see if he remembers anything about a single yellow bike that was built 15 years ago. Yea, right!

This bike came with Shimano equipment and a painted steel unicrown fork. I did some minor updating. It's one of my favorite bikes to ride...fits me amazingly well and is a joy on the trails. I don't race it.
