SRAM XX Cassette does not fit on free hub

Has anyone experienced an issue with a SRAM XX 10 speed cassette not fitting on a free hub body? My cassette will not fit on my Industry Nine wheelset. SRAM says it I9's problem, I9 says it is SRAM's problem.

I had a really hard time with my XX going on my Easton EA90XC hub. I couldn't get it on, and was about ready to give up. But I took it to my LBS, and they were able to get it on without really forcing it too much.

I felt like an idiot....

But that cassette is really tight.... It's the cassette not your wheel. The particular tolerances in the one piece design seem to be the issue. My "lesser" SRAM X7 10 speed cassette, which has a few separate cogs, slipped on with without any problems.

I use an XX cassette on my Phil touring hub. It fit fine with no trouble.

I can't get my XX cassette of my king hub. It was a tight fit going on!

got two XX cassettes on two chris king iso hubs - NO problem at all. changed between xtr (9/10 speed) several times forth and back – no problem either.

Yes,
Every cassette I own which includes several flavors of 9/10 speed Shimano and SRAM will fit on the Industry Nine free hub body. The only cassette that will not fit is the XX. I am going to take the wheel to my LBS and see if they have a XX cassette I can try. It appears to be an issue with the sleeve that fits in inside the XX cassette.
