Centerlock lockring compatibility - and do I need a washer?

Disc newbie here...

My Campagnolo Levante wheels came with 0.1mm thick centerlock washers.
It looks like they are included when you buy Campagnolo lockrings.
Both of them are badly worn...

Do I need them if I run Shimano rotors and calipers?
I am asking since they seem to be included with Campagnolo lockrings but not with other brands and all other washers I could find are 0.25mm.

The answer to your last question is simple: Campagnolo disc brake wheels use proprietary lockrings, so you really can't use a different brand of lockring.

While maybe not absolutely required, it is best to use a lockring washer, regardless of which brand of rotors are used. Even if the lockwashers are worn, they still serve the function of helping the serrations to engage. But if if you need to replace them, as you say, the campagnolo washers are not available separately, but a lockring + washer isn't horribly expensive - they can be had for about $12-$17.

Duh!
The wheels came without rotors, and I assumed the washers go between the rotor and hub for caliper adjustment.
Since they go between LR and rotor, 0.1mm vs.0.25mm thickness of the washer shouldn't really matter.
