Rouvy best practices?
Trying Rouvy (punting Fulgaz) for a spell.
Any best practices here? FWIW, I use TrainerRoad for more structured (i.e. interval) training. Maybe 1-2x/week. I’ve historically used Fulgaz for more “set it and forget it” climb simulations - Gibraltar, La Honda, Alps etc. Is that something accessible in Rouvy? And how best to set it up? Also, is there a setting on Rouvy where you can see (like Fulgaz) - current output [w], HR, speed, and “gearing”? Thanks in advance. MB Ps - too bad Fulgaz is falling apart! |
