Suggestions for good Allroad bike from boutique brands

Hi all,

Looking to build up an all road bike that can fit 35mm tires. Some brands that offer an all road bike that I have found is:

1. Allied Echo
2. Breadwinner
3. Horse
4. Standert

Looking at $3k and under, preferably some batch built, unique style all road bikes - not gravel but actual fastish all road bikes.
