That said, once the tire is seated and you break part of the bead, I think it should reseat easily. At least, that happened to me last time, and I didn't have to use my tubeless canister.

I use Silca sealant, which cannot be injected through any valve. I pop the bead to refill with sealant as necessary. I haven’t tried to use the replenisher fluid and don’t know id it can be injected through a valve.
