It gets really wet & humid here.

My procedure for shoes is to immediately remove insoles, dry those separately.

Then I pack the shoes with paper towels to get as much moisture out, leave them sit overnight or so, then I rotate to a different pair of shoes/bike till those are dry.

This has really helped keep my shoes lasting a long time.

If it's that wet you are putting them back on wet and going out again I think you gotta get 2 pairs of shoes and rotate and it will save money in the long term. Those shoes must absolutely reek too.

I had an electric shoe dryer too but it turned out to be kind of "eh" compared to paper towels.
