Sidi shoe repair?

I have a pretty old (10yrs?) pair of Sidi dominators that I've worn for many many miles.

The other day I noticed the strap anchor point is cracking on one shoe. Is this repairable? If so, any recommendations on who to send it to? Bonus points if it's in the Bay Area, but I could mail it.
