Thru axle with removable lever?

Are thru-axles available with a removable lever? My commuter bike has thru axles and the lever of the axle interferes with the mounting system of my Ortlieb Quickrack. If I have a flat on my commute, I will have to first remove the mounts for the Quickrack before I can unthread the axle. Hopefully, there is a solution to this problem.
