Internal routing of brake hose through handlebar

Another disc/Di2 newbie question.

My Ergomax handlebar has 2 holes in the stem area for wires and brake hose.
Any rule on which one for what?
Wireless, so only going to run the hose through the HB.
Intuition tells me the front one, but does it really matter?

Can't think of any obvious reason for either one, but want to avoid getting ridiculed for violating the internal routing etiquette
